5 c. peaches, peeled & sliced
3/4 c. sugar
2-3 T. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 T. butter
Mix peaches, sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Dot with butter. Top with second crust (I prefer a lattice top) and seal the edges. Bake at 400 for 45-50 minutes.
